I'm having some technical difficulties, who should I contact?

Please send an email to training@housingsystems.co.uk explaining your issue and someone from our technical team will be in touch.

I can't see a course on the particular topic I'm interested in?

Please let us know - email: training@housingsystems.co.uk - we may be right in the middle of developing a course on that topic!

Are your courses CPD accredited?

All our courses - both face-to-face and our E-Learning courses - enable you to gain advisory skills and knowledge and as such can be claimed as CPD. 

What if I would like to take more than one E-Learning course?

Just contact us and we can put a bundle together for you - usually at a discounted price, email: training@housingsystems.co.uk

We would love to have access to these courses on our own Learning Management System (LMS) is this possible?

Yes - we offer an annual subscription for all our courses as a package which you can then upload to your own LMS. We are continually adding new courses and updating existing ones, which you will also have access to during the period of your subscription. This offers your staff access to up to date and informative E-Learning courses for a full year and offers you real value for money. For more information contact us at training@housingsystems.co.uk.

We don't have our own LMS but would really love to allow all our staff access to your great courses - is this possible?

Of course, if you are a Housing Systems subscriber then you can take out an additional subscription and access the courses via the Housing Systems website. Alternatively we can set up a subscription to the courses on our Learning Portal - please contact us for more details: training@housingsystems.co.uk
